The Lucid Thirty-Day Guarantee

We want you to be delighted with your Lucid Candles. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with a candle you purchase directly from Lucid, you may return it to us within thirty days of the shipment date and we’ll refund the price you paid for it. The same goes for unopened bottles of Lucid Liquid. We do not accept returns of opened bottles of Lucid Liquid. Of course, if any product arrives damaged, please let us know within ten days and we’ll assist you with any return or refund that may be needed.


Lucid deliveries to the USA and Canada include simple return instructions and a prepaid label you may use to return candles to us. We will deduct $9 from the refund for returns that use the prepaid label. International customers, please contact us for assistances with returns. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.


Lucid uses FedEx for delivery to street addresses and Smart Post to PO Box addresses. Ground and expedited services are available. PO Boxes can only receive ground delivery. We will ship your products 1 business day after purchase.

Delivery Charges

Charges are based on the value of your order and the delivery service you select. Lucid offers free ground domestic delivery on orders over $50.


Lucid accepts PayPal and major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Sales Tax

Lucid charges sales tax on orders delivered in New York, Connecticut and Maine, states where we make and design our candles.
