Refund policy

We hope you love your Lucid Candles! We have the following policies to ensure that any dissatisfaction is resolved immediately.

If you suspect your items arrived damaged or defective, please email us at Enlightened@Lucidcandle.com to explain the issue immediately. A customer service rep will follow up within one business day to resolve the issue.

We accept returns of Lucid Candles, accessories and unopened bottles of liquid and fragrance if they are returned within 30 days of them being delivered. We do not accept returns of orders that received bulk order or wholesale discounts. There is a $10 return shipping charge per return that will be deducted from the refund. 

To request a return

  • If you are within the 30 day return window please log-in to your Order History on Lucidcandle.com. You can reach this page here: Lucid Candle Order History. (the system will email you a code to verify login - you do not need to have created an account in the past.)
  • Select the order you would like to return or exchange items from.
  • Click the "Request return" button on top (mobile) or upper right (desktop)
  • Select the items and quantity you wish to return. If you would like to exchange the items for something else please indicate this in the optional Note section.
  • When you have selected the items you wish to return or exchange, click the "Request Return" button.
  • If your request fulfills our criteria, your request will be approved within one business day and you will receive an email with a return shipping label attached. The email needs to be printed and included in the box that is returned. If we do not receive the email we cannot refund you or process your exchange! You will need to print the attached shipping label as well and tape it on the box over any previous shipping label. 
  • When our warehouse team receives your return, we will process it and issue a refund for the value of the returned items minus $10 return shipping fee and/or create a new order for the requested exchange items. If the requested exchange items cost more than what you returned, we will issue you a payment link for the balance.
  • Please allow at least 2 weeks for your return to arrive and be fully processed.
